I have always seemed to take the silver lining perspective on Sundays. The general work or school week consumes Monday - Friday, and Friday and Saturday night are usually spent blowing off frustration from the general rigors of weekdays with drinks, friends and late nights.
I feel that Sundays are a prime example of when “the dust settles”. The work week is done, and there is time to recover from the weekend’s abuse on the body and mind. I have always believed that it is a perfect day for review and reflection, and to hopefully start the upcoming week on the right foot. Think about what is directly in front of you and what lies ahead. And in time, make everyday feel like rest, relaxation, and most importantly, reflection. A Happy Superbowl Sunday to all.
